2000 - The company was transformed as a private partnership establishment with a total capital of JD 100,000. During the period between 1995 till 2000, a number of sizable projects were implemented such as; a) Water Reservoir and Utility Building owned by Nablus Municipality and funded by European Union with total amount of $ 420,000; b) King Faisal Garden/Nablus named later as Childhood Happiness Center. This project is owned by Nablus Municipality and funded by the Welfare Association with total amount of $ 360,000; c) Al-Nabi Elias Elementary School/Qalqilia owned by Ministry of Education and funded by Government of Kingdom of Norway with total amount of $ 320,000; finally d) Ramallah Girls School funded by UNRWA with total amount of $ 728,000.
